INDEORA DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Republic of Ireland: All orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day. Indeora offer free delivery on all orders in Republic of Ireland. All deliveries are within 2 to 3 working days, where this is practical.
United Kingdom: Charges will apply to delivery within the UK. All deliveries will be processed within 3-5 working days where possible.
Mainland Europe: Charges will apply to delivery within mainland Europe. All deliveries will be processed within 7 working days where practical but will depend on destination country.
All products on our site are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Notifications will appear onsite if stock is being purchased as a pre-order.
Damaged/ Rejected Goods
We recommend you inspect all goods received within a reasonable time after their receipt. You’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods within 7 days of their receipt unless you notify us at email@example.com that the goods are rejected.
If goods purchased through this website have been received damaged, we will refund or exchange them, if you return them to us, with their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them. Returned goods must be sent to;
Indeora, c/o RETURNS DEPT, Indeora, Autofulfil, Unit B3, Deerpark Industrial Estate, Oranmore, Co. Galway, Ireland.
(This does not affect your statutory rights).
If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality and fit for purposes, and may not to be able to provide you a return at a later date.
All goods returned within the allowable period must not have been used and be in their original packaging. Any good returned with a broken or damaged seal on the product will not be eligible for a refund.
The Customer must return items within 7 days of receipt to: Indeora RETURNS, c/o Autofulfil, Business Park, Oranmore, Co. Galway, Ireland.
Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Indeora before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any orders that might get lost in transit to us.
Cancellations are accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot then cancel it , and the order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
